8win Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights & Player Obligations

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 8win website at 8win.cx and all associated gaming, betting and payment services offered through it.

3Account Responsibilities

Once your 8win account is registered, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. This includes:

• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying 8win support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your contact details and payment information remain accurate and up to date.
• Taking full responsibility for all bets placed, games played and deposits made from your account, regardless of whether you personally initiated those actions.

8win will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 8win are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Easypaisa – Deposits typically credited instantly; withdrawals processed promptly.
• Raast – Fast interbank PKR transfers.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. 8win does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account investigated.

8win does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own charges, which are outside 8win's control.

5Bonuses & Promotions

8win offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback deals, sports betting boosts and seasonal promotions. General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria. Not all offers are available to all players at all times.

6Sports Betting Rules

The Sports Betting section of 8win covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, ODI series and other tournaments), Football, Esports and additional sports as listed on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 8win:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed by either party.
• 8win reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected matches. Bets placed during live matches are subject to market suspension during key moments such as wickets, goals, time-outs and other significant events. Any bet accepted before a suspension is valid.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the stated timeframe, 8win's settlement rules for that specific sport will apply. These are displayed within the Sports Betting rules section of the platform.
• Cricket betting markets include but are not limited to: match winner, series winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, over-by-over runs, method of dismissal and player performance markets.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed before confirmation. These may vary by sport, market type and event.
• 8win reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any market or for any player account if there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.

7Casino & Game Rules

8win's gaming library includes Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Games and Bingo. Each game type operates under its own set of rules, which are accessible within the individual game or game category. The following general rules apply across all casino and gaming products:

• All games on 8win use certified random number generation (RNG) or involve live dealer interaction as appropriate to the game format.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within game information panels where required by the game provider.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, the result of the current game round will be determined and settled based on the game server's final state. 8win is not liable for losses caused by the player's internet connection dropping mid-round.

9Account Suspension & Closure

8win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Reasons that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, failure to complete verification, or a request from the player themselves.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be subject to review before release. Where fraud is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.

Players may request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting the 8win support team. Self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming policy are processed separately and result in a cooling-off period during which the player cannot reopen the account.

10Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any upward change takes effect.

The 8win name, logo and associated branding may not be used in any context without explicit written consent from the platform.

13Limitation of Liability

14Amendments to These Terms

8win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account — either by on-platform notification, email or both.

The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification. If you continue to use 8win after the effective date, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
